In Awe

I first met Krystyna81 in the forums. I visited her Etsy shop, started a convo, and have since become a customer. I am in awe of her talent. What impresses me the most is her figurative art. I just love the style, the colors, and even the textures. She has an impressive blog as well. I know we all have God given talents and should be grateful for what we've been given, but I can't help to be envious! Oh, if I could sketch/draw/paint like that!!! She not only does portraits, nudes, but also has some other beautiful nature pieces. If you cannot afford an original, I highly recommend her prints. Gorgeous and affordable. My recent acquisitions were Time of Passage and They Come Before and After.

You are too kind Talina! The feeling is totally mutual - I am so glad that I got to work with such a kind, funny, and sweet person who has an incredible love for her family. I adore my cutting board - it is gorgeous, modern, beautiful. I love having it in my kitchen!!! It's like a piece of ART. Thanks again for all the kind words and friendship :)

Thanks for posting! I now have a new favorite!

The Basics

Michael and Talina Ripper met online and when they met in person, they knew they had found something special, a once in a lifetime love. Michael obtained BFAs in both Wood Design and Ceramics from ECU. Talina has always been a creative/artistic spirit, but has her BSN from ETSU and still works as an RN. Talina has three sons, Seth (17), Aaron (8), and Jacob (7). Michael and Talina have a son together, Quinn, who is 17 months. They are getting settled in their downtown loft just around the corner from Michael's studio and the gallery. Their dream of living their art is coming true!
